ABOUT PENELOPE M. QUINTERO

Fluent in Spanish. HABLO ESPANOL. Penelope M. Quintero is an attorney with nearly eight years experience in real estate matters (REC, land sale, title issues, quiet title, mortgages, foreclosure, loss mitigation), as well as replevins (mobile homes). Ms. Quintero has spent the majority of her practice handling foreclosures and replevins for national and international creditors, and in doing so often worked with special masters throughout the state of New Mexico. Ms. Quintero realized there was a need for special masters in these matters to not only be reliable, but be able to communicate on last minute issues. Something that was often lacking. Ms. Quintero knows what is necessary for a successful foreclosure or replevin sale, and can work closely with the case attorneys to assure the sale holds up in court.
Ms. Quintero is originally from Fontana, CA (San Bernardino County) where her parents still live. She graduated with a B.A. in Political Science from the University of California Riverside in 2010, and a J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles in 2014. She moved to Albuquerque, NM the day after graduation and was admitted to practice law in the state of New Mexico September 2014.
Admitted in NM state and federal court as well as the following:
Ohkay Owingeh
Pueblo of Isleta
Jicarilla Apache Nation
Zuni Tribe
Pueblo of Santa Clara
Pueblo of San Felipe
Pueblo of Acoma
